DentalRobot Inc (“DentalRobot” or “we”) respects your privacy, which is why we are providing this Privacy Policy to explain what information we collect about you when you visit our website (www.dentalrobot.co), purchase or install any of our robotic process automation products or services, or otherwise interact with us or any of our affiliates (the “Services”). This Policy also explains what we do with the information we collect and how you can access and control your personal information.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to information our clients (e.g., dental offices) (“Providers”) collect about their patients. While DentalRobot’s robotic process automation technology may be used by Providers to process patients’ personal information (“Patients’ Data”), DentalRobot does not collect, receive, or otherwise disclose Patients’ Data. Patients’ Data is subject to the Providers’ privacy policy. Providers, and not DentalRobot, are responsible for obtaining any required consents from patients for the use of Patients’ Data, including obtaining any required consents to communicate with patients via email, SMS or text messages. If a Provider contacts a patient using DentalRobot’s robotic process automation technology, the patient may opt-out from receiving emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email, and the patient may opt-out from receiving text messages by sending “STOP” in response to such text message. We are not responsible for any personal health information a patient or a Provider may transmit through our products and services. Patients should contact their Provider to access and update their personal health information.
